Every repair is handled personally by me, the sole craftsman behind Clock Repair Haus. With over 40 years of experience, I take great pride in providing detailed, hands-on care to each timepiece that comes through my door.

Do you outsource any repairs?

No. All work is done in-house by me—from diagnosis to final polishing. As a one-man shop, I believe in maintaining full control over the quality and precision of every repair.

Can I speak directly with the person doing the repair?

Yes, you’ll always speak directly with me. Whether you have a quick question or need a detailed update, you're never passed around or put on hold—just honest, one-on-one communication.

Does being a one-man shop affect turnaround time?

Turnaround times may be slightly longer during busy seasons, but I never rush repairs. Quality and attention to detail take priority to ensure your timepiece is restored with the care it deserves.

Do you offer battery changes and band resizing?

Yes! I provide battery replacements for most watches, with pricing ranging from $15.85 to $30, depending on the watch type. I also offer band resizing—pricing varies based on the complexity of the project. As always, you’ll receive honest, upfront pricing and careful, professional work done by me personally.
